Bless This Food.

Tonight we celebrated an early Father's day with my side of the family at Red Lobster.

Lily was super talkative and Addison was a tad cranky.

When we got the food we were in a rush to make sure that both the girls were eating as quickly as possible.  Lily pointed out to us about halfway through our side salads and cheesey biscuits that we had neglected to say a prayer over our food!  So she offered to say the prayer as long as we all repeated after her.

This was her prayer...

Dear God,

Thank you for our dinner,

(repeat)

Thank you for our parents,

(repeat)

Simon says,

(muffled giggles)

I forget what comes next...

(Grandma whispers Amen)

No. I forgot Dear Jesus.
