We Were Lost Forever.

As I mentioned yesterday Paul and I took Addison to the corn maze at Liepold Farms before the weather could get too bad.

She had an absolute blast and walked pretty much the whole way all on her own!

She was super tired by the end of the day and a little extra cranky but it was totally worth it to watch her waddle around a ginormo corn maze pigeontoed :)

She's too precious!

We're planning on heading back Sunday with Lily to pick out pumpkins for carving, so until then here's a few photos from our fun afternoon.

Hope you all have great plans for the best holiday of the year!

I plan on turning 25...

but please don't tell anyone.

I feel the inexplicable urge to hide my age.

Is this normal?!

Chunky & Shameless Self Promoting

Here's a picture of the Chunky Monkey at the pumpkin patch.

We went for the corn maze today before the weather gets too poopy and we're planning on heading back Sunday to take both Lily and Addison to get pumpkins!

Now for the shameless self promoting...

As a lot of you already know, I take photos for a living.

This month until December 5th I've got a holiday special going!

You can read all about it at http://www.vphotography1.blogspot.com/!

You know you want some Christmas cards :)

p.s. I warned you I was gonna be shameless.

Lumps, Bumps and Babies :)

I've decided to share with you, this 19th day of October, a photo of my baby.

Bump.

Lump.

Whatever you'd like to refer to it as.

BUT FIRST!

A blast from the past... this is me at 14 weeks with Addison :)

Basically the only reason I'm showing you this picture (besides the obviously adorable 3 year old) is so that we may compare and contrast together.

Here we go...

THIS is me today!

Different child in mirror, different shirt on body, same bathroom, same camera.

Lets start with the obvious.

Last baby belly is currently sitting on my bathroom counter attempting to eat soap.

I'd call that pregnancy a success.

This shirt is much larger and more comfortable than the last black boring t-shirt.

Outfit success.

Bathroom looks the same.

Success?

Same camera as well, better quality picture though...

Photographer success!!!

My biggest success so far though (aside from the adorable 1 1/2 year old on the counter) has been that I have gained exactly 1 lb since finding out I was pregnant!

When I went in for my first prenatal appointment I had recently lost 16 lbs putting me at 1 lb lighter than I was when I got pregnant with Addison.

I discussed with my midwife the correct diet I should be on in regards to staying healthy for this pregnancy so that I would be able to have a possible natural delivery instead of the csection I ended up having with Addison.  She told me that she'd be happy if I only gained 15 lbs from here to delivery.

At this point I literally laughed out loud.

I gained 40 lbs with Addison.

I was hoping for a 20 lb baby, but alas, my wishes did not come true.

SO!

If we compare Addison's pregnancy weight with THIS babies pregnancy weight I'm officially 7 lbs LIGHTER than I was with the Chunky Boo Bear.

GO ME!!!

This 15 lb thing might not be as hard as I thought it would be.

And would someone please remind me that I said that in 4 months when I'm demanding a twisty cone from Dairy Queen at midnight?

Please?!

A Few Realizations...

Realizations in no particular order:

1.  I'm a horribly bad blogger.

2.  My internet has been acting wonky for 2 days.  I'd like to blame my lack of posts for 2 weeks on that.

3.  Both my babies are sleeping currently and it is pure BLISS.

4.  I love cold weather.

5.  I'm a horribly bad blogger.

6.  I taught myself how to knit and this is what has happened.

7.  I will never buy another snow hat for my children again.

8.  Paul is going to need to grow more lap room in about 6 months.

9.  We grow snugglers.

10.  I'm a horribly bad bad bad BAD blogger.

11.  I've never understood the term "Face only a Mother could love."

12.  Until now.
