Impossible.

In just 5 short days, we're going to have a 5 year old.

A beautiful,

healthy,

smart,

sassy,

5 year old.

Someone pinch me.

This can't be possible!

Monster Baby Lovin

She had been vicious that day...

Vicious in the kind of "I love you so much I wanna squeeze you till you pop" kinda way.

State Fair: Part 2- The Amazingly Hot and Sweaty Rides

So a couple of weeks ago our family had the opportunity to spend some time at the Oregon State Fair.

As many of you know it's located in Salem, which is about an hour away on good traffic days.

Needless to say we were in the car for about an hour and a half.

Addison ended up getting a decent nap which was awesome because we were planning on a grumpy 1 year old.

First picture post nap... still in the car...

When we finally got to the destination we jumped out of the car with Grandma and Grandpa and ran into (not literally) a huge horse.

The owners were extra nice and let Lily pet the huge animal.

Once inside we took a pit stop to add copious amounts of sunblock to the ankle biters.

They don't like toasty skin.

Go figure.

Addison spent most of the day trying to escape her stroller.

She's still too tiny to ride most of the rides at the Fair.

My poor, overly large baby.

Next year you'll be big enough sweetie, Mommy promises!

Hey... how you doin?

Sorry about that... I can't control myself sometimes.

Anyway, Lily rode LOTS of rides, including but not limited to the motorcycle ride...

The jumbo swings...

and the helicopter ride.

I'd have photos of her on the haunted house but she spent the entirety of her ride with her head buried in my lap.

I warned her.

Addison on the other hand spent her free time perfecting her "baby suave" look...

Good right?

We're in trouble for her teen years.

Oy.

I'm a Bad Little Blogger...

I'm also a horribly bad pregnant lady too... so you'll have to cut me some slack.

I actually feel decent today though!

Less lethargic.

Less sick.

Less fat.

Less Pregnant.

It's been awesome.

My children on the other hand...

I'll just say they aren't feeling the love today.

Maybe tomorrow when I have Daddy to help me force them smile :)

No Editing Needed

We've been making funny faces at each other all morning.

This one kills me :)

Family Photo #5: An Upgrade :)

To our family that is!

That's right folks.

I'm officially 8 weeks and 3 days pregnant.

Which means that I'm currently carrying one of these around...

Cute no?

Can you see the resemblance?

Our baby definitely has Daddy's veins.

As I'm sure you can tell, we're all VERY excited to be welcoming a new baby into our family around the date of April 21st.

In the meanwhile get ready for posts about me being, sick, tired, gross, fat, annoyed, and fat fat fat.

I've built up two weeks of complaints and I'm ready to shower you with them :)

While we're waiting though... can I ask you all a question...

Are you ready for more of this cuteness?!

I thought so.

State Fair: Part 1- The Stink

Recently I had the opportunity to swap a photography package for some awesome stuff at the State Fair!

We ended up with all day passes, 100 tickets for carnival rides (around $75 worth!), and two concert tickets for my parents!  It turned out to be a great trade! My family had a wonderful day together and we got to do something we wouldn't normally have done.

I'm not gonna put up a full post today.

Because I don't feel like it.

Ppppppth.

But I will leave you with one picture!

The "Why's it so stinky in this barn?!" picture :)

Snuggles

The girls love to snuggle and watch cartoons this morning.

This cuteness is, of course, inbetween the hair pulling/screeching/slapping/occasional nibble.

Gotta take the cuteness when you can get it :)

For Your Viewing Pleasure...

The fruit of my loins...

Making out with the floor.

We shouldn't have been allowed to procreate.

p.s.  Sorry for saying "loins".
