Hello Summer

The girls did it!

7th grade, 4th grade, and 2nd grade had NOTHING on them!

Plus these glow ups are making this Mama heart so proud.

First/Last

 Lily headed off to her first sleepover of the summer and we took the rest of the family to the park for some fun and fetch.

FN2187 (Fin) loved chasing the ball own and bringing it back to me, even though I wasn't the one throwing it for him.

 Addison has her heart set on being a veterinarian when she gets older and has always been the first kiddo to help with our pets.

These two turkeys instantly found a dirt pile and bathed in it.

Ring Around the Rosie was sung on repeat.

This good doggo was exhausted and content!

So we headed to the playground across the park and let the kids finish of their energy reserves for the day!

Part of #LittleWisps physical therapy is learning to climb steps and balance, so her physical therapist prescribed lots of park time.

We think we can handle that!

Her first ride on the big girl swing was gentle and slow but she kept shouting "I SIT I SWING!" and was so proud of herself.

We're super proud of her too.

Riverside Fun

This hot weather has had us escaping to the river on the evenings I'm not already shooting river sunset sessions!

 Little Wisp is more than happy to give me all the biggest cheesiest smiles.

The other ones are happy to pout in the bushes or run head first into the water as far away from me as possible.

Typical stink face.

We're pretty much constantly pulling rocks out of her hands.

 

They're happy if they can try to splash me.

No splashing, no smiles.

So instead of photographing my 3 big turds, I invite other peoples spawn along!

Including my niece.

The cutest niece in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD.

She still loves me.

Friends, Family, and Fireworks!

We have spent the last 3 years playing on the 4th of July with some wonderful friends.

Pool party.

BBQ.

All the kids.

Amazing fireworks.

This year was no different!
