GLORIOUS!

I have been without a computer for 1 MONTH.

Agony.

Despair.

Lack of carpel tunnel.

I will now share with you one of the cutest babies on the face of the planet.

Wow.

That felt goooooooood.

One more just for good measure!

Tomorrow...

I will explode your eyeballs with cuteness.

Be prepared.

Stinker.

Addison loves to get ready with me in the mornings.

This includes:

Refusing to let me shower alone.

Helping me pick out my underwear.

Brushing my already done hair.

Cheering for MY successful potty trip

AND

Letting me know my clothing won't fit because "You a giant Mama."

Her favorite portion of the morning has always been fishing my deodorant out of the drawer and liberally applying said deodorant to her armpits.

"I no stink Mama!"

It's been a hard habit to break and I have in no way succeeded in doing so.

I can boast that she'll at least ask now before heading to the bathroom and using my deodorant.

Most days...

Stinker.

They Grow So Fast...

Lilyanna will be starting school in a little less than 2 weeks!

Our biggest girl is going into kindergarten and she couldn't be any more excited.

I conned her into a mini photo shoot with her sisters via slurpee bribe and we headed out the door!

She's getting so big it's ridiculous.

I swear she's grown 3 inches in the last month!

She spent most of the 10 minutes we were taking pictures chanting "slurpee slurpee slurpee".

Hey, whatever works.

Her ham of a little sister (whom doesn't require bribery yet) shoved Lily to the side and demanded I let her say cheese.

So I took one and threw Lily back in!

This was supposed to be about her anyway!

What it looks like in between the screaming, pinching and hair pulling.

She really is a fantastic big sister when she wants to be.

The ONLY picture Scarlett looked at me for.

Would you please take a moment to look at Lily and Addison.

Seriously children?!

You couldn't pull out one decent smile while the babies looking at me?!

Who's training you two?!

Love you my big little girl!

Sweet Ignorance

One year ago today we were at our annual beach trip with a small group of friends.

I was completely unaware that this sweet little family...

Was in for one awesome change!

I had just started feeling a little sick but I assumed it was due to the MASSIVE amount of sugar and hotdogs I had consumed that weekend.

I figured it would go away with one day of being "back on track" with my food intake.

Boy was I wrong!

39 LOOOOOOONG weeks later our family welcomed a new little bundle that we lovingly refer to as 'Munchkin Butt'.

This year at our camping trip our small family wasn't so small anymore...

It was just right!

Pro Bribery.

Never will I ever tell you that I am better then bribing my children...

Picked these suckers up at a reception...

"Mommy will give them to you if you let me take a couple pictures...

WITH smiles."

Bingo.

Happy kids.

Smiling pictures.

Score 1 for the Harriot Mama!

Sucked In...

My parents love to joke that when I was younger, if the t.v. was on, it was like no one else was in the room for me.

It's still pretty applicable today which is why I don't watch any t.v. during the day that might entertain me.

The girls get two cartoons(ish) in the morning and then we get ready for our day.

Yesterday we helped our good friends "Uncle" Stephen and "Aunt" Dani move into their very first house!

Around naptime I wanted the girls out of the way but knew they wouldn't be easy going down.

So I whipped out Daddy and I's iPhones and loaded up the netflix.

Addison is exactly like me when it comes to t.v.

She loves Backyardigans, Word World, and Tangled.

She even knows how to turn on my iPhone, navigate to Netflix, and get her favorite show going.

Her favorite episode currently is the 'Mighty Knights'.

She loves the grabbing gobblin who's taught her my absolute favorite phrase as a mother...

"No. NEVER!"

It's charming.

Mommy: Addison. Addison. Addison, Look at Mommy. Addison. Addison Addison.

Now imagine me two feet away from her face.

"Addison! Addison! Look at ME! Addison, Addison, Addisonaddisonaddisonaddison!"

My attempts are pointless.

I even picked her up and moved her to a completely different room.

She didn't budge.

It was like carrying an Addison shaped statue.

We're gonna be moving to educational shows only!

At least then I don't have to feel bad...

She's not ignoring Mommy!

She's learning!

One Day.

One day she'll look back through all of her pictures and ask me why she never looked like she was having any fun.

The only reason I say this is because the vast majority of her pictures look like this.

The kid came out of her mother with this look on her face!

You would have never guessed that on this day...

Out of these three happy little girls...

Especially this happy, calm, ridiculously easy baby...

that THIS little girl...

Would be the happiest most well behaved little girl on the face of the planet.

Not that you'd be able to tell from any of her pictures though.

The little turkey.
